FAQ

How do I book a shoot?

Easy! You can reach out to me on here, on my Facebook page Mary Hansel Photography LLC or email me at mhanselphotography@yahoo.com to get started.

How many images will I receive?

The amount of images you receive will vary depending upon the session you choose. Typically you will receive a few extra photos in addition to the amount guaranteed with your package.

Where am I based?

I am based in Camp Hill, PA but work in the surrounding areas. If you have a destination in mind please feel free to let me know. I can also recommend plenty of nice areas and we will decide together what is the best fit. Any travel more than 20 miles from me will inquire additional fee.

What is your turnaround time?

If you and I have discussed sneak peek and you are fine with this, those will be posted to social media within 24-48 hours. Turnaround time may vary dependent upon busy season but most will be within 2 weeks for full sessions.

Do you do weddings and newborns?

At this point in time I do not use a second shooter but have the equipment to do a small, intimate wedding with my availability lasting no longer than 2.5 hours. I do not do in home sessions currently but if you are looking for outdoor photos with your newborn I am able to do so. These will be non-posed, natural light photos. Inquire for more details and pricing.

When do I pay?

All session fees are due before the shoot can take place. A $25.00 non refundable retainer fee is due at the time you book any and all sessions. This assures no other client can book your time and day that is agreed upon. This fee will be deducted from your final price due before the session starts.

What if I need more time or two packages combined?

If you feel you will need extra time for the type of photoshoot you want, please just ask! We will work out a time amount that works for you better. Special pricing will be given when you combine the full session and the petite session to give you more time.
